 Following is the report on STCW courses conducted to Afloat mechanics team to attend MSC Maria Laura on 5-12th August, 2009 at RTS SINDBAD BITIC on Board – Ras Al Khaimah Certificates are received and issued to candidates on time. We thank Capt. Ramdas K Menon, Principal, Capt Ajay Kotwal - training director, Chief Engineer Mr. Shurveer and staff of Sindbad, our administration and logistics, and the participants for the cooperation and successful completion of the courses on time.

The meaning of life has changed after joining RTS Sindbad.The real time training onboard the ship has given a lot of practical experience . I believe the training onboard a operational ship is way better than going to shore college .

I was doing BBA in UK and left that course for RTS Sindbad BSc / COC degree in Nautical Science and what a great experience .....

You learn by doing activities on training ship , books are simple and easy to understand. Capt Ramdas our teacher and mentor imparts the knowledge for lifelong. Instuctor Kuldeep makes us realize how important its to have a good phyisque and endurance. Now I know my goals ... thanks RTSS
